Illegal Billboards Coming Down in Houston

The City of Houston scored another victory in their battle against illegal billboards.  Scenic champion, Mayor Annise Parker, ordered the dismantling of 7 illegally-erected signs located in Houston’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.  For the full story, read HERE
